WHAT IS DESIGN ALLEY?

Design Alley is our crowdfunding pre-sale platform used to launch new products.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We design new products and launch them. Customers then have 4 weeks to pre-order the products. Products that reach their funding goal are manufactured and delivered. 

WHY SHOULD I PARTICIPATE?

By participating in Design Alley, you will have access to exclusive product launches while saving money through discounts and bundles. 

HOW LONG IS THE FUNDING PERIOD?

While each campaign may vary, most pre-sales will last 4 weeks. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER PRODUCTS?

With every Design Alley product, we include an estimated shipping date. Typically, this is 6-8 weeks following the end of a pre-sale campaign. However, manufacturing time can vary based on each product. We will be fully transparent about any delays that arise. 

WHEN AM I ACTUALLY BILLED?

We'll charge your card upon checkout.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT DOESN'T REACH ITS GOAL?

In the event a product does not reach its goal, we'll be in touch to let you know if we decide to make the products anyhow or to provide you a full refund. 

CAN I JUST WAIT FOR THE PRODUCT TO LAND AT RETAIL? 

Of course. You just won't be able to lock in pre-sale pricing and there is a chance it may sell out.
